Condition Value Based on Field Data

I have table with fields of “proRmkYear” and “proYearEstablish“. How to make, when I put year 2024 into field “proYearEstablish” the field of of “proRmkYear” will appear “RMK 12”. The condition for “proRmkYear” is :

  • RMK 9 : 2006 – 2010
  • RMK 10 : 2011 – 2015
  • RMK 11 : 2016 – 2020
  • RMK 12 : 2021 – 2025

To achieve this in PHPRUNNER, you can use the Events feature to add custom code that will set the value of “proRmkYear” based on the value entered in “proYearEstablish”. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Open PHPRUNNER and load your project.
  2. Navigate to the Events section for the table where you have “proRmkYear” and “proYearEstablish”.
  3. Select the appropriate event. For this scenario, you can use the Before Record Added or Before Record Updated event.
  4. Add the following code to the event:
